About this experience

Experience the most authentic Emilia: Parmigiano Reggiano, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and homemade cuisine in an ancient family house in the hills of Modena. An intimate, genuine experience far from the tourist routes.
We will start with a visit to a local dairy to learn about the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, from processing to seasoning, with final tasting.
Then we will move to my family home, a place where recipes and traditions are handed down. Here you will discover the secrets of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and taste different types.
Afterwards, you will take part in a cooking class of Emilia to prepare tortelloni ricotta and spinach according to the real recipes of grandmother.
We will conclude around the table with a home-cooked lunch: fresh pasta, local cheeses, honey, bread, Lambrusco, water and coffee.
