Your private and driver will pick you up from your Xi'an downtown hotel lobby at 08:30am or on your request time. It takes around 2 hours driving to Family Zhang's cave village. Once arrival, you will visit Zhang village museum cave to learn this village history and local folk culture, then you will walk into hundreds of earth cave homes including underground caves, cliff caves, count yard caves, pit caves.......in family Zhang's cave castle village. This village is quiet and realxing, you will explore the underground cave maze from one to the other as a marmot with your guide.
During the village stay, you will have a delicious lunch in the local farmer home. You will see the village development and understand the whold China farmer life changing in the past 20 years.
You will walk along the glass corrior into the underground Tomb museum pits with around 50000 Toy-sized terracotta figures including terracotta soldiers, various animals and household items, all were made for creating his daily life in miniature in the tomb accompanying him for the 4th Han dynasty emperor's after life.
