About this experience

This day tour is flexible and arranged entirely based on your own choice. In the morning, you will visit an UNESCO World Heritage Site - Terracotta Army and Horses Museum. You will have a chance to take a close look at the life-sized terracotta soldiers and appreciate the intelligence of ancient people. In the afternoon, you can choose one big sites or two small sites from the following places;Banpo Neolithic Village, Xian Ancient City Wall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Huaqing Hot Spring, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Muslim Quarter, Great Mosque, Steles Forest, etc.. Please let us know beforehand which sites you like to see in the afternoon, some sites may not fit in.

To beat the crowds, at 7:30 a.m, your tour representative and personal driver will hold a welcome sign and wait for you at your hotel lobby. After warm greetings, you will set out to the famous Terracotta Army and Horses Museum.

At 8:50-9:00 a.m, you will arrive at the museum and start your wondrous adventure to the discovery of Qin Dynasty.

From 9:00 a.m - 12:00p.m, your private tour guide will escort you to each pit of the museum and introduce to all the stories and legends of the First Emperor in Chinese history. You will see the formation of his marvelous mausoleum and be amazed by the ancients’ intelligence.

You may learn Chinese calligraphy and featured culture in Small Wild Goose Pagoda, or know about Tang Dynasty Buddhism in Big Wild Goose Pagoda, or have an experience as a primitive in Banpo Neolithic Village, or ride a bicycle on the ancient city wall and imagine yourself as a soldier riding a horse, or see the palace of Lady Yang in Huaqing Hot Spring, or climb on the Bell or Drum Tower and have a glimpse of city center, or learn Muslim culture in Muslim Quarter and Great Mosque, or you may enjoy the old steles and appreciate the beauty of calligraphy.

Either way, afternoon tour is totally in your own hands. Just advise in advance! After the day tour, your tour guide and driver will accompany you back to hotel.
