Stop 1

Metting your guide at your hotel lobby, will take you to the Bell Tower and you will climb it.It is located at the center of the city and deserves to be known as one of best places to visit in Xian. Built using the typical architecture of the Ming Dynasty, it has a square base of masonry and a 3-layer square tented roof with dark green glazed tiles on the top. you will see East, South, West and North Streets, connecting the Tower to the East, South, West and North Gates of the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty.

Stop 2

Then travel over to the Great Mosque. Your guide explains how the mosque's design follows traditional Chinese architectural style. The mosque was built during the Tang Dynasty, and in the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, extensive pavilions, platforms and halls were added to the impressive grounds. this mosque features inner courtyards that bear more of a resemblance to a Chinese temple.

Later, visit Gao Family's Grand Courtyard where you will see amazing architecture of Gao Family's Mansion dating back to Ming and Qing Dynasties filled with antique furniture and traditional Chinese styled gardens. Gao Family's Grand Courtyard is a perfect example of an authentic, yet, well preserved residence of affluence. In addition, you will watch a shadow puppet performance and along with a visit to the Museum of Historic Costume inside of this quadrangle courtyard.

Upon exit from the courtyard, you may continue to stroll along Muslim Street to taste some more local comfort food at your own expense or head back to your hotel.
