Start your day with a visit to Bertinelli Dairy Farm, one of the oldest and most renowned producers of Parmigiano Reggiano. After the tour, enjoy an exclusive tasting of different aged Parmigiano, discovering its rich flavors and textures.
To continue the day, we immerse ourselves in the rolling vineyards of Monte delle Vigne, a prestigious winery nestled in the Parma countryside. Learn about the production of Lambrusco, Malvasia, and other regional wines before indulging in a wine tasting session.
Relax and soak in the scenery as you enjoy a complimentary picnic lunch in the beautiful green surroundings of the estate. A picnic basket and tablecloth will be provided free of charge for your stay among the rows. The basket includes a selection of mixed local cured meats, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, fresh cheese, bread, focaccia, a slice of sweet cake, a bottle of water, compostable cutlery, and one bottle of wine for every two people.

A guided tour will walk you through the history and innovation behind Dallara’s cutting-edge race cars, including those used in Formula 1, IndyCar, and Le Mans. Finally, we will take a guided tour of the beautiful Rocca Sanvitale in Fontanellato, a Renaissance castle surrounded by a moat, located in the heart of the town.
