Your local friendly guide will pick up at your downtown Guangzhou hotel. Begin your tour with the visit to the local authentical wet market, see various interesting freshly supplied vegetables, meat, seafood, cooking ingredients, have good learning about the daily life and food culture from your guide. Next head to your private cooking class, your professional instructor will teach you two popular Chinese dish that you choose from the menu such as dumpling, kong-pao chicken, sweet and sour pork, vegetable, beef or shrimp etc. based on your interests. Learn how to prepare the materials from washing, cutting, seasoning while learning the knowledge about Chinese fine culinary. After the fun cooking experience, enjoy the food prepared by yourself and take home the recipe that you will prepare for future occasions on your own. Your guide will then drop you off at your Guangzhou hotel or other downtown area as per you request.
