About this experience

The advantage of renting your e-bike with us is you get a state-of-the art cycle. We manufacture our own bikes, meaning we know them inside out. In case of any issues, our in-house team can quickly solve the problem for you.

Our location is perfect if you want to explore the many gems of Copenhagen, or if you want to go up our beautiful coast line. We are furthermore located close to all cruise ship terminals in the city.

The Elivra Madigan Cargo e-Bike is the model you will be renting. It comes with a stunning new and sleek design with a battery range of 80km - allowing you to cover plenty of ground. With its wide all-season tyres, sealed chain-box, comfortable Brooks-look saddle and handlebar - you will feel the smoothness of this ride.

You will have access to 5 assistant levels (including walking-assistance) and 7 gears.

What you'll see

Do you want the freedom to explore Copenhagen on your own? Then rent one of our fun and reliable e-bikes and have the flexibility of going where you want to when you want to. These are truly top quality e-bikes and we provide a full service throughout the rental period.

The e-bike can drive up to 80km on a full charge meaning you can really go far, and even off the beaten track. We are happy to come with suggestions of where to go - e.g. you can drive up the beautiful coastal line to one of our stunning parks and see other hidden gems and castles in the outskirts of Copenhagen.

If you choose to rent the e-bike over several days, we will provide you with a charger so you can charge the battery at your hotel.

All rentals include helmets, lock (built-in), and a basket on the bike to store your goods.

If you have added children to your booking please note we will provide either a child seat or a cargo trailer (the cargo trailer can fit up to 2 kids) - max age 8 years. Please specify in your 'special request' section if you prefer cargo trailer og child seat (subject to availability).

For 1 Day Rentals: Rental Period is up to 6 hours. Earliest pick-up time is 10.30am and latest drop-off time is 4.30pm

For 2 - 5 Day Rentals: Your bike is available for pick-up on the first day of your rental any time between 10.30am and 4.30pm. Latest drop-off time on your last day of rental is 4.30pm.

RENTAL PROCEDURE:

Book your rental bike online. Once you arrive at the shop, you will kindly sign our liability and rental waiver. Your credit card details are held during your rental period in case of theft or damage of the bike. Please also bring a photo ID (Driver's License or Passport).

Our staff will give you a quick introduction to the bike - it is all very simple and you'll be out of our shop and on your way within minutes!

Upon return of the bike, our staff will do a quick look-through and check-out.
