About this experience

The best way to see the beautiful nature at Amager Beach is by rental a Stand Up Paddle board. Amager Beach is a man-made sandy island which is over 4km long and have a lagoon in the middle between the mainland and the island. On the other side of the island you will find the ocean "Øresund".
You will find a lots of birdlife and watersports such as kayaking, Stand Up Paddling, kite- and windsurfing in the lagoon and out in "Øresund".

Amager Beach and Kajakhotellet is located approximated 8km from Copenhagen Central Station. You can easily get here by metro to "Femøren" Station and from there it only takes 10 min walk.

What you'll see

1, 2 or 3 hours SUP rental.
You can enjoy a tour in the Laguna at Amager Beach.

Certificate and or experience is not required when renting a SUP.
But you must feel safe in water as there will always be a risk of falling into the water when you are out on the board.

A rental during the winter months only takes place on the basis of wind and weather and your experience in Stand Up Paddle boarding. Feel free to call the store if you are in any doubt.
