On the way to Thanh Toan village, you have time to stop at Ngo & Tran family Temples for taking photos. Upon arriving “Thanh Toan Tiled-Roof Bridge”, you will stroll around the village, visit local market to well – understand the daily life of people here, contemplate Thanh Toan Tiled roof Bridge – a truly unique ancient bridge in Vietnam
On one end of the bridge, there is the village market. This market is not that large, but it has a little of everything for you to purchase. The other side of the bridge is where you will find a showroom filled with many different architectural tools. This is also an excellent place to learn how rice is grown and harvested.
Get to our “Eco Home” where you can see around the vegetable garden with many kinds grown by local farmer such as: Malabar spinach, gourd, fiber melon, winter melon, beans…Then you join cooking class to learn two famous dishes of Hue (Fig mixed shrimp and pork and fried spring roll) with our chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Hue specialties. After the lesson, enjoy what you have just cooked and some other dishes of restaurant to fully pack your stomach.
