Kings E-Bike Rentals offers the RAD Runner 2, which provides a battery life of 45+ miles. Electric bikes offer pedal assist to help you go farther faster, easily navigating hills and trails. All Kings E-Bikes are safe, easy to operate, and comfortable for all heights. Each bike features a large cargo basket on the back, and a helmet and bike lock are provided. Kings E-Bikes will help you plan a route that meets the desired activity level and allows you to see the sights you choose. A trail/town map is provided, and staff will help mark the course to your desired destinations.
Follow the signage to the Kings E-Bike Rentals location, conveniently located at the Sitka Cruise Terminal. Our friendly staff will greet you and ask a few questions to understand your desired activity level and town sights you’d like to see during your rental. Kings E-Bikes will provide town and trail maps for the rental party.
Once the route is decided, you will be fitted for a safety helmet and then watch our instructional and safety video. Then staff will take you to your bike, review the operations, adjust it to your height, and do an additional safety check. There is an opportunity to test the bike to ensure the proper adjustments.
From there, you depart the terminal and begin to see the sights of Sitka at your own pace. Kings staff are available all day should there be any issues or if you would like additional recommendations on places to visit. You return the e-bike at the end of the day to the same location.
