About Chef Kenichi Omori of "mieux restaurant"
Chef Omori, born in Oshino Village, Yamanashi, worked at renowned French restaurants in Tokyo and Michelin-starred ones in France. In 2023, he opened "mieux restaurant" focusing on simple yet exquisite dishes with seasonal ingredients.

This special plan will be available from Friday, April 11, 2025, to Sunday, April 20, 2025, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (a total of 6 days). With both evening and daytime cruises included, there will be a total of 10 sessions, each limited to the first 12 participants. Reservations must be made at least four days in advance by 19:00 on your desired date.
Enjoy a cherry blossom viewing experience from the lake, accompanied by the "Cherry Blossom Festival Premium Box" crafted by Chef Kenichi Omori of "mieux restaurant" and a selection of seasonal wines and sake from Yamanashi.
Please note that children in elementary school or younger may not be allowed to board. If you plan to bring children, please inquire in advance.
