After breakfast, stroll through the Spice Bazaar, surrounded by the colorful aromas of herbs and spices. Then stop to taste Beyran soup, learn about its rich ingredients, and discover its importance during the Ottoman era.
Next, head to the Eminönü pier and take a ferry across the Bosphorus to the Asian side. Get your camera ready — the crossing offers breathtaking views of Istanbul’s skyline and iconic landmarks!
Arriving at Kadıköy, continue your culinary adventure through the local streets filled with flavor and culture.
Start with original Iskender kebab and şıra (grape drink), then try pickle juice, lahmacun with ayran, and stuffed mussels — all local favorites.
