3 Rural Mountain Village (Aastam, Dhampus and Australian Camp) Easy Trek Pokhara trip is really best for the families with young kids and beginners. During this tour, will cover Astam, Dhampus Village and Australian Camp. Trip will starts and ends from your hotel in Lakeside area of Pokhara ,Nepal.
Day 01: Pokhara to Astam Village - 1468 Meters
At 8:30 am, your guide will receive you from your hotel in Pokhara, then we drive to Hemja (will take approx. 35 minutes). Then, will start our trek slowly to Aastam village through village and forests. It will take approx. 2-3 hours to reach to the Village. Will have lunch and then will explore the astaam village. Dinner and overngiht stay at guest house in Aastam (1468 Meters high).
Day 02: Astam Village to Dhampus - 1708 Meters
If possible, wake up early morning to see Mountain view and sunrise. After breakfast, we stats our trek. We will trek ups and downs to reach Dhampus with the walk of 3 - 4 hours. You will enjoy the landscape, mountain view and loads of explanation from your guide. Upon arrival in Dhampus, will take you to the guest house and provide you Lunch, after refreshment, will explore entire Dhampus village. After dinner, overnight stay in Dhampus (1708 Meters).
Day 03: Dhampus to Pokhara via Australian Camp - 2000 Meters
Early morning, wake up and see the Sunrise view over Mt Annapurna. Then, after breakfast we will again start our trek to Australian Camp (2000 Meters) Will climb our trek for 1:30 hours to reach Australian Camp. From here, you will enjoy 360 Degree view of Panoramic landscape as well as the entire Snow capped mountain ranges (Annapurna, Fishtail etc). Will have lunch here after village exploration. After sometime, will descend our trekking trail to reach to the highway by walking another 1:20 hours. Our driver will be waiting for your to drive you and drop you back to your hotel in Pokhara. Trip end.
