Our adventure culminates at Half Way Rock, where we will hope to spot seals basking on their favorite sun-drenched rocks. Stop 3 Pass by

As we sail closer than all other companies can, Portland Head Light rises majestically from the rocky cliffs of Cape Elizabeth; the lighthouse’s stark white tower contrasting beautifully against the deep blue sky. You can almost hear the echoes of history as you imagine the countless ships guided safely by its beacon. From the water, you get an unparalleled view of this iconic landmark, its charm enhanced by the surrounding natural beauty. This maritime perspective truly captures the essence of Maine’s rugged coastline and the enduring legacy of Portland Head Light.

After cruising by the four lighthouses of Portland Harbor, we will cruise around Cushing, House, and Peaks Islands, leading us by the towering White Head Cliffs of Cushing and through the busy Diamond Pass. When weather permits, we will be able to boat by the eery and abandoned Ram Island Ledge Lighthouse. Circling further around the Diamond Islands we will finish our tour by Half Way Rock where, if we are lucky, we will catch a glimpse of family of seals perched on their favorite rock.

Walk past the train station keeping the water on your right. Walk until you find the white gate and the blue picnic tables. We will meet you at the gate.

You will be directed to Fore Points Marina (1 Marina Way), which is located on the easter promenade walking path just past the Narrow Gage Train and next to Sail Maine and Twelve Restaurant. Look for the white gates and the blue picnic tables. We will meet you outside the gate at the picnic tables.
