2

We pass through this very important canton in which we find the Amazonas military fort and also the Amazonas River Airport (Shell-Mera) is the main means of transportation for the entry and exit of the indigenous population of Pastaza; a total of seven nationalities including the Achuar, Andoa, Shuar, Kichwa, Shiwiar, Waorani, Zápara and around 320 communities settle in the Ecuadorian Amazon and are the beneficiaries of the air terminal

3

In this viewpoint we will have a few minutes to enjoy the view at the beginning of the jungle, we will see rivers and unique vegetation.

4

Puyo, also known as Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Pompeya de Puyo, is an Ecuadorian city; cantonal head of the Canton Pastaza and capital of the Province of Pastaza, as well as its largest and most populated city. It is located on the left bank of the Puyo River, in the center-west of the Amazon region of Ecuador.

5

To enter this waterfall we will have a walk of approximately 1 hour, then at the waterfall we will have half an hour to enjoy and be able to swim in its crystal clear waters.

6

we will have our lunch our menu can be chicken meat or so we have a vegetarian menu and drink.

7

Indichuris is an ethno-ecological project of the Quichua community of the Pastaza province, it is located near Puyo, at kilometer 35 of the road to Pomona. To enter the community it is done by a path surrounded by trees such as: heliconias and bromeliads, you have to cross two bridges made of metal cans since there are two streams.
And for the most daring, in the upper part we find the so-called "Tarzan Liana", a natural rope that puts emotions to the limit. There we seemed to fly over the immense Amazon jungle. That was another experience that was unforgettable.

8

We participated in their dance and they painted our faces as part of the ritual. Then we took a canoe on the Puyo River for a 40-minute ride, and then returned to the vehicle that brought us to the Intichuris viewpoint, which means "Sons of the Sun."

9

Cotactocha (Coto: Mono, Cocha: Laguna) is a friendly Kichwa community that follows the Catholic religion. They inhabit approximately 100 people between adults, children and young people. Shuar individuals married to Kichwa women also inhabit.

The chicha is offered as a symbol of reciprocity, as a link between those who drink it and those who offer it. We participated in their dance and they painted our faces as part of the ritual.
