• The Sintra Tour departures on time. If you are not on time, we hold the right to departure without returning to your pickup point. If this happens, we will treat your booking as a no-show, and you cannot join the tour at a different location.

• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking on uneven surfaces.
• The climate in Sintra varies a lot from Lisbon. Therefore, we suggest bringing a jacket/rain jacket or windbreaker.
• Transportation is done in a van with nine seats.
• A reasonable amount of walking is involved. For your information, Sintra is a mountain region, and some of the paths are uphill. Please consider this before your tour day.
• We will be close to a cafeteria around 11:00AM, so we recommend you have breakfast before your pickup.
• Eating or drinking inside the vehicle is not allowed (except water).
