In a fun and educational way, travel this part of the Loire Valley, which could well be the cradle of Sauvignon in France... Why has this grape earned its reputation through the ages and why is it so different in taste from those found in the rest of the world?
Your local guide will share his 14 years of experience and knowledge in Sancerrois by visiting villages, castles, plots and cellars and introducing you to wine and its production techniques. A real tasting trip around wine and goat cheese (another local specialty)!
