About this experience

Experience a full-day wine tour in the famous Loire Valley, accompanied by a local and expert guide. Your day will include two visits of local wineries followed by tastings of local white & red wines (fees included).
At lunch time, stop in Chinon, a picturesque town dominated by its castle. There, you will have time to visit the town, and your guide will indicate the best places to try some local specialties (at your own expense).
The full-day trip will also include the transportation from and to Tours city center.

This Loire Valley wine tour will first take you to the town of Bourgueil. This charming small town is surrounded by vineyards producing wines typical from the valley.
Your will visit a traditional winery, where you will learn about wine production from the grape to the bottle. After the tour, you will be able to taste different wines produced by the winery.

After your first visit, this wine tour will take you to Chinon, a picturesque town with preserved medieval and Renaissance town houses. Chinon is dominated by its castle, which is actually made of three castles.
With your guide, you will visit the town and at lunch time, your guide will indicate the best places to try some local specialties in Chinon.
