About this experience

A One-Day Road Trip Around the Shakotan Peninsula in Autumn Colors
Enjoy a refreshing drive along the stunning coastline of the Shakotan Peninsula, wrapped in the vibrant colors of autumn, with the vast Sea of Japan stretching out before you.

The highlight of this plan is a private lunch featuring the finest seafood and mountain delicacies of Shakotan—local dishes you won’t find in Sapporo. You’ll also have the chance to try a unique coastal activity: crab fishing on the rocky shore.

We recommend Cape Kamui as your main destination. The tip of the cape offers a breathtaking 300-degree panoramic view, one of the best spots to truly feel the essence of Hokkaido. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the end of the cape, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Enjoy the perfect combination of nature, gourmet cuisine, and hands-on experiences on this autumn trip to Shakotan.
