Dublin Zoo was established in 1830 and covers over 28 hectares (69 acres). Major exhibits include the African Plains, Kaziranga Forest Trail, World of Cats, World of Primates, Reptile House, City Farm, Discovery Centre, and more. You’ll meet a plethora of amazing animals, including lions, elephants, penguins as well as endangered species such as the rodrigues fruit bats, golden lion tamarins and moluccan cockatoos.
