Stop 2

It is the highest cape in Europe, at an elevation of 580 m, and is famous for its suspended glass platform. Cabo Girão is the second highest viewpoint in the world, at 580 meters high with fantastic panoramic views of the ocean and the municipalities of Câmara de Lobos, whole Funchal and the immensity of the sea.

3

Ribeira Brava beach has swimming pools, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, snack bar and restaurant. This is a pebble beach mixed with black sand, protected from the waves by a riprap breakwater. The sunset is always different and fantastic on this area.

4

Caminho Real da Encumeada is a 12.5 km trail which crosses part of the mountain massif of the island of Madeira, near the foot of the highest peaks in the archipelago. This is an old cobbled 'Royal Path', which used to be one of the main routes in the region.

5
Stop 5

Porto Moniz Natural Pools are formed by volcanic lava, naturally filled with crystal-clear sea water. The solarium area has about 3210 m² and the swimming area 3800 m², approximately two meters deep, making the Natural Pools of Porto Moniz the ideal place for the whole family.

6

The waterfall is a natural wonder and a testament to the raw beauty of Madeira's landscape. Visiting Miradouro do Véu da Noiva is a must for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. You can take in the panoramic views, snap some incredible photos, and feel the mist of the waterfall on your face.

7

Sao Vicente is a small municipality on the northern coast of Madeira and it sits in between Santana (known for the thatched houses) and Porto Moniz. It is known for its volcanic caves as well as the church that sits prominently atop a basalt rock at the mouth of the small river that runs through the town.

8

Câmara de Lobos is one of the main destinations in Madeira due to its charm. It was built around a long natural harbor created by the black basalt rock which contrasts with the turquoise waters. It's a beautiful and very picturesque place. Lobos means seal in Portuguese.

9
