You will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the captivating gastronomic culture of Popayán, a city renowned for its rich culinary traditions. We will try the famous pipián empanadas, hervidos, carantantas, aplanchados, Eduardo Santos (dessert with the name of a former president) and salpicones. Today it is best, if we only have a small lunch!
