The estuary has golden sandy banks with stunning views that is ideal for a calm relaxing walk. The village has lots of independent retail shops for you to find that perfect souvenir and within the Village of Malahide is The Malahide Castle & Gardens.

Enjoy a guide tour of Malahide Castle with a resident guide. You will be taken on a journey into many decorative rooms that are filled with medieval furniture and artwork. On the tour you will be told stories about the Talbot family who resided in the castle for 800 years.

Afterward you can enjoy the beautiful walled gardens and visit the Victorian Greenhouse that has a large collection of living butterflies.
