With our express option, you will meet the bus at our final meeting point and avoid the extra time on the bus in the morning. During the ride to the complex our knowledgable tour guides will give you all the needed information to ensure you are set up to enjoy a great day at the facility. There is so much to do during the day at the space center, but don't forget to hit up the worlds largest space store for your souvenirs before you board the bus back to Central Florida in the late afternoon!

This visitor center is inspirational. Wander through a garden of rockets, encounter an astronaut, watch a 3D IMAX movie, touch a piece a moon rock, ride the shuttle launch experience simulator and see the Space Shuttle Atlantis up-close -these are just some of our teams favorite things to do.

The visitor center has so many options. We get you there for 9am, and you can spend the day exploring. On the bus ride over the tour guide will give you a lot of information to ensure you make the most out of your time.

Opened in summer 2022, Gateway: the deep space launch complex is a bold new attraction that explore the future of space travel what highlighting what is happening right now in the space program. With your commander steering the path, launch aboard one of four unique journeys through the solar system and beyond during an immersive ride. 'Journey to Mars' and you can immerse yourself in the future of space exploration.

Visitors may bring backpacks and soft-sided coolers into the visitor complex. Food and beverages packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted.
Glass bottles or containers are not permitted.
For security, all bags are subject to search.
If your scheduled your date becomes a rocket launch please contact us, as regular packages may not be permitted (launch dependent).
Wheelchair accessible vehicles have to be arranged. Not all tour vehicles have wheelchair lifts/ramps so please contact vendor to notify in advance if needed.
Express bus service is guaranteed in the mornings, however in the afternoon it may not be the first drop off location.

Meeting point

We pick up at the rear of Icon Park facing Universal Blvd. Near the back entrance to the Icon ticket office, between the wheel and the garage. Free parking is available. Departure is 08:00AM.

Important notes

• Meet the bus at the REAR of ICON Park, near the base of the wheel, at 8:00am. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to this time.

• If your tour date becomes a launch date, please contact us. Some tickets will be blacked out and not have admission policies for select launches
• Dress code is smart casual
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended

The following items are not permitted at the KSCVC:
• Firearms of any type (with or without a permit) and/or ammunition
• Pepper/mace sprays
• Knives of any size, box cutters or like items and/or sharp/pointed items including scissors or nail files

Additionally:
• Coolers, luggage or other large bags are not permitted
• All bags, purses and other items will be opened and inspected at the Visitor Complex. (Procedures to search all bags carried into the complex by visitors and employees are actions taken as part of the increase in security and not part of a specific threat)

If any of the above items are discovered, you must surrender them to a Security Officer. Surrendered items will not be returned to you. Since all guests have to go through the metal detectors, please reduce the number of items you normally carry. Visitors could face delays entering the park as a result of the searches.
