When reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the information regarding your booking!
Pickup is double checked with you prior reservation date. For airport pick up, we will be waiting at pick up area with a sign with your name. Drop off will be at designated location.
After flight landed, you will have one hour and 30 minutes to meet our driver, if waiting time is expired, a no-show will be applied. No-show policy: no-show will be applied when exceeds 1:30h after pick up time and you haven't met us. In case of no-show, no refund will be made.
*We have car seat and booster seats available upon request at no extra charge.
