If you take the Meet & Greet Service:

When you arrive the main terminal, proceed down the escalators to baggage claim where you will find your chauffeur awaiting your arrival. He/she will be standing by at the bottom of the escalators holding a sign with your name clearly displayed.
Once you have claimed your bags, your chauffeur will escort you down to the ground transportation concourse for immediate departure. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle. The additional charge of “Meet & Greet” is $15.
