First we welcome our guests and begin with a vineyard tour, during which we go in the vineyards and explain the production process over there, then we enter distillery to see how the processes of fermentation and distillation turn molasses into souma & tsipouro. Afterwards, we engage in wine tasting analysing how the vinification process affects the final products while having an in-depth approach to wine tasting. Next, we approach the culinary aspect of our tour by conducting a cooking lesson. Our cook joins to show and explain different dishes that we prepare all together. During the lesson, our guests are invited to participate and follow our instructions to prepare traditional dishes of Rhodes. Then we invite you to take your seats and enjoy 10 most popular meals on this island and our wines.
