Our journey commences at Limni Kournas, Crete's only natural lake. Here, we pause briefly to soak in the panoramic vistas, stretching to the northern edges of the Lefka Ori mountain range. The tranquil allure of the lake sets the stage for our adventure ahead.

Continuing our journey, we venture into a valley leading to Argyroupoli's water sources, where nature's beauty unfolds with lush vegetation and captivating waterfalls. Take a moment to pause and enjoy a peaceful coffee break amidst this picturesque scenery.

Next, we'll explore the monument honoring the Holy Five Virgins, situated near tombs within a cave where holy water flows. Adjacent to this site, a quaint church stands as a tribute to these revered martyrs, imbuing our journey with a spiritual significance.

Venturing off-road, our path winds through the enchanting Mountro Gorge, meandering amidst dense forest foliage until we reach the historical ruins of "To Nisi." This abandoned settlement, steeped in history, beckons us to explore its mysteries and unravel tales of a bygone era.

In Agkouseliana village, we'll pause to relish our Cretan lunch. Delight in shared appetizers for every four persons and a main course for each individual, accompanied by wine and water. Indulge in the authentic flavors of "whatever mum has cooked," with vegetarian options readily available.

Road trip to Preveli.

Explore the captivating Preveli palm forest and beach on our journey. A short trek unveils a landscape adorned with palm trees, remarkable rock formations, and a river flowing into the Libyan Sea. Conclude your adventure with a revitalizing swim at the picturesque beach.

Next, we venture into the breathtaking Kourtaliotis Gorge, famous for its towering cliffs and a river fed by five springs, believed to be created by St. Nikolaos. As we descend to the river's edge, we'll soak in the gorge's refreshing ambiance, observing its plant and animal life, and maybe catching a glimpse of the elusive vultures.

As this marks the end of our tour, we will now proceed to drop off participants at their respective hotels.
