Pick-up and Pre-Activity Contact
Pick-up Point: Ensure the name and address provided during booking are correct. Send any updates as soon as possible.
Pick-up Time Confirmation: We will contact you the day before the activity, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone.
Communication Limitations: Let us know in advance if you won’t be reachable.
Estimated Pick-up Times:
- Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Between 7:45 h. and 09:00 h.
- South Zone: Between 8:00 h. and 9:30 h.
Pending Payment: Complete any pending payments the day before your activity.

Be Ready: Arrive 15 minutes early at your pick-up point, prepared and visible.
Timing Variation: Delays up to 20 minutes may occur due to traffic or unforeseen events. We’ll inform you of longer delays.
