Because it will engage ALL YOUR SENSES: local flavours at a local market and in a cave restaurant with BREATHTAKING VIEWS. Your eyes will feast on the most scenic and impressive landscapes through narrow canyons, walking on ridge of majestic mountains and gazing upon colorful rocks that are millions of years. You will relax in the middle of nature where all you can hear is the flap of ravens wings and the beautiful song of blackbirds. You will also smell the scented wild sage and thyme and touch the scarred black bark of ancient canarian pine.
Also because there are NO COMMERCIAL STOPS and NO SURPRISE EXPENSES!
On top of these I will be your PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHER so that you can enjoy everything first hand, not through the screen of your camera. here you will be greeted by the green Valley of Fataga, a sumptuous garden of pine trees, a striking contrast to the peaceful and delicious spot made up of the well preserved little whitewashed village houses. These houses line narrow little streets that cross-cross the centre, adorned by a plethora of colourful flowers.

Stop 2

One of the most popular of the Gran Canaria attractions, Roque Nuble is a place not to be missed. Offering some of the best sightseeing in Gran Canaria with views that will blow you away.

3

To appreciate the essence of a place and soak up its atmosphere there is nothing better than getting to the highest point. In Gran Canaria this is the Pico de las Nieves lookout point right in the centre of the island. At 1,949 metres above sea level the uninterrupted views out over the Unesco Biosphere Reserve, with its innumerable deep valleys and jagged ridges shrouded with vegetation and crowned with spectacular rocks. Unlike other lookout points La Nieves has great views on cloudy days as you get to see Gran Canaria’s peaks and Tenerife floating on the sea of clouds.

4

Our next stop is to the municipality of Tejeda, in the mountainous central region of Gran Canaria. Tejeda is 44 kilometres from the capital of the island. The natural surroundings of this area are characterised by the large woods of Canarian pine, which at present also share space with a large colony of almond trees. There are numerous stalls which sell typical products of the area and where, among other things, one can savour the typical hand-made pastry of the municipality, elaborated with almonds, as well as enjoy the magnificent views of the Roque Nublo.

5

Visit the amazing 19th century church

6

Visit the beautiful town center with its fresh water stream.
