He will also be contacting guests by cellphone as needed to verbally guide them to the waiting area. When guests arrive, the driver will greet them with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle.

Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff members will be contacting guests to inform them of driver and vehicle information as well as confirm departure time. On the day of guest departure, the driver will be arriving early and waiting at the hotel entrance or hotel designated pickup location.
