Finally, we'll embark on a scenic 6 km circular hike through the Barranco de Tarrongers, featuring a 200-meter ascent. This route offers an unparalleled variety of landscapes—a breathtaking alpine ridge followed by a descent into a verdant valley adorned with a meandering river and ancient ruined water mills. It's a journey through time and nature you won't soon forget.

Afterwards, we’ll set off on a beautiful 6km (2-hour) hike through the nearby Barranco de Tarrongers, a hidden gem that offers a stunning variety of landscapes and photo-worthy views.
We begin by walking through a dramatic sandstone valley, sculpted by the river over time, passing the ruins of ancient watermills that whisper stories of the past. We’ll pause to enjoy our picnic lunch inside one of the old mill buildings, adding a touch of rustic charm to the experience.
From there, we ascend to a ridge with sweeping alpine views, offering a breathtaking perspective of the valley below. We’ll follow the scenic ridge trail before gently descending back to where we started—refreshed, inspired, and immersed in nature.
To finish our adventure, we’ll visit the crystal-clear Pou Clar pools and waterfalls—a series of natural springs set in a dramatic rocky gorge. The turquoise waters are perfect for relaxing, taking in the beauty of nature, and, in the warmer months, enjoying a refreshing swim.
The pools are teeming with freshwater fish, adding to the magic of this unique swimming spot—if you're brave enough to share the water with them! Whether you're taking a dip or simply enjoying the view, Pou Clar is the perfect final stop to unwind and soak up the natural beauty of the region.
