Detailed itinerary

Starting from San Martin de los Andes, we visit the city of Junín de los Andes and the church of Laura Vicuña.

Changing the route, we arrive at the mouth of the Chimehuín River, a famous place among fishermen from all over the world that is born in Huechulafquen Lake, which will have the incredible presence of the Lanín Volcano throughout the rest of the tour.

After a few hours, we will continue traveling continuing along Route 61 until we reach the heavenly Lake Paimún next to the Lake Chapel in a pure forest of ancient araucarias.

It is located in the Huiliches department, near the city of Junín de los Andes, Neuquén province, on the border between Argentina and Chile, surrounded by lakes Paimún and Huechulafquen to the south and Lake Tromen to the north, and gives name of the park that contains it national park Lanín.
