About this experience

The mountains, the sea and the radiant sun Sesimbra create a picturesque setting that can be admired from various high points of the town: the Castle, the headland, the Horse Strong or Farm Palames.
These sights offer views of a fishing village surrounded by mountains and a crystal clear sea, which still preserves its original character, with its Moorish castle watching the red roofs on the horizon. Sesimbra dates back to prehistoric times, and was successively conquered by the Romans, Visigoths and Moors. Today, the village offers visitors a rich historical legacy and a captivating natural beauty with beautiful beaches, fresh fish restaurants, oceanfront terraces and a variety of water sports ideal for your holiday in Portugal.
