We will follow one of the Basque Country’s most beautiful mountain roads, weaving between rolling hills, centuries-old farmhouses, and panoramic viewpoints. Our first stop is Sare, a peaceful mountain village known for its impressive church, traditions, and colorful history shaped by life near the Spanish border.
We will continue toward Ainhoa, a beautifully preserved village showcasing classic Basque architecture. With its storybook main street and deep-rooted heritage, Ainhoa offers a perfect window into rural Basque life.
Your final stop leads you to Espelette, the beloved village where strings of red peppers decorate the white facades. Learn about the iconic Espelette pepper during a tasting, then enjoy free time to wander the lively streets and soak up the local atmosphere. ️
