About this experience
Let's go to the Historic Center of Lima! Where the most important events in Peruvian history occurred. The Foundation of Lima by the Spanish Conqueror Pizarro, and years later the Proclamation of Independence of Peru. We'll also know its Pre-Columbian past. Lima is millenary! The Plaza San Martín,"Jirón de la Unión","Plaza de Armas", and of course the mysterious Catacombs of San Francisco; and its underground crypts. It'll be a great day!

"Plaza San Martín"
This impressive square was made for the celebration of the 100 years of our independence. I'll tell you about the process to get tour freedoom.Today this is the only place in the Center where protests can take place and debates among locals. The Hotel bolívar is around here.

"Plaza de Armas"
Upon the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors, there was an Inca establishment here, which was transformed to make way for the Foundation of the City of Lima by Francisco Pizarro himself. Many years later the Proclamation of Independence would be given.Today we can can find the Government Palace, the Cathedral and the Municipal Palace.
