Weight limits are in effect. No Passenger may weigh more than 260 lbs and the entire group for each flight cannot exceed 600 lbs combined weight.

Meeting point

You can choose to take the pedestrian tunnel to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport located inside the mainland pavilion, or the 90-second ferry ride that runs every 15 minutes across Toronto’s inner harbour. The ferry is free for pedestrians and starts at $14 for vehicles (return trip) plus parking.

• All adults require Photo ID to board aircraft.
• Only Cell Phones and light cameras are permitted on board, no bags or purses please.
• Flight times may be cancelled at the discretion of the Chief Pilot when weather or airspace conditions are unsuitable for flight. Heli-Tours will do it's best to reschedule your heli-tour time for a future date where possible. If this is not possible, the Chief will authorize your voucher for refund.
• There are no refunds for missed flights, passengers barred from entry due to unsafe conduct or last-minute walk-ins of voucher holders without an advance flight time booking. Always have your flight time pre-booked.
• Always arrive on time for you flight.
• All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
