The Classic Tour invites you to explore one of our Balsamic Vinegar factories in the charming town of Castelvetro di Modena. Designed to introduce you to the various production methods of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this tour takes you through its evolution, highlighting the aging process in barrels made of various fine woods.
The experience concludes with a guided vertical tasting, showcasing five distinct stages of Balsamic Vinegar aging.
