In case of Sky Deck Pass If guest have already redeemed voucher and faced cases of inclement weather on the day of visit, they may inform the staff at KL Tower, only upon KL Tower approval they can revisit on the following day for free. No refund from our side after issuance of Tickets.

For safety and security purposes, no personal bags (including laptop bags), or backpacks are permitted at the Sky Deck area.

Permitted items like cell phone, necessary medication allowed must fit into these dimensions: 16" x 16" x 8".

No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.
