Get on a boat and start your 40 minute journey to an island inhibited by more than 5 thousand cape fur seals. Take a lot of pictures with them. There are also restaurants and shops around for some small shopping and quick bites.
As we leave Hout bay we will drive onto the world famous Chapman's peak drive. A mountain side road locally known as Chappies. it is an engineering masterpiece! The Chapman's peak drive meanders 9km along the giant Chapman's peak mountains that drops into the ocean like an avalanche. You will have the opportunity to stop and take photos, enjoy the spectacular breeze and also write your on the Chapman's peak rocks.
Just 200 m before Cape point nature reserve is an Ostrich farm. Here guests will have the opportunity to stop by along the road and take pictures with Africa's largest bird, also mingle and feed them.
Cape point lighthouse is a home to the most south western corner of Africa (cape of good hope). Rich fauna and flora make this place a biodiversity hotspot. Visitors can enjoy the views while in the comfort of a vehicle or by foot.

Hiking trails to the summit of the cape makes for great activity and sightseeing. The cape of good hope sigh is also another attraction. Guests would often need to stand a Que, it is believed that if there is no Que there is no Hope.
walk and take the funicular (at own cost) up to the South Africa's oldest lighthouse for a 360 degree view of the national park. There are 3 ways to get to the top. Along the coastline is a paved path with several long stone staircases. This route will give you the best views of the coastline. From the car park is pave path all the way to the top. It is a steady climb and not very strenuous. For those who don't feel like hoofing all the way to the top, there is a funicular that will get you to the viewpoint. The flying Dutchman funicular will get you to the viewpoint in just three minutes for just a small fee.
