When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Cape Town Hotel details.
You will be required to call the supplier 48 hours prior directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

Guests are to meet Driver in the front lobby / reception of their Franschoek Hotel.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Please note: after an hour (standard) of the flight arrival time, if you do not show up then the driver will be instructed to leave.
If you are delayed for whatever reason (ie… lost luggage) you must let us know or let the driver know so that he knows that you are there.
• If you do not contact us to inform us and the driver is waiting for an hour, you will be regarded as a ‘no show’ and will be charged 100%. Should you contact us after the 1 hour waiting period to say you are still waiting for the transfer – you will be charged again and this may cause an even further delay in them reaching the hotel especially if you have been traveling for hours.
