About this experience
3-day Algarve tour departing from Lisbon Faro, the capital of the Algarve since 1756, is practically a must if you visit the region during the Portuguese summer. The city is in the south of Portugal.
Faro has emblematic places, such as Arco da Vila – neoclassical in style, which leads to the old town; the Sé de Faro, built in the 13th century; the Municipal Museum, located in a 16th century convent and exhibiting prehistoric and medieval artefacts and sacred art. But the city also has a beautiful and wide beach and is, of course, the route to all the incredible beaches of the Algarve.
