You’ll visit three wineries during your day:
First Winery Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Experience a special private tour that includes a visit to the cellar where you’ll learn about the vinification process. Enjoy a guided tasting session featuring expertly paired food for each glass, highlighting the unique characteristics of Prosecco.
Second Winery Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Immerse yourself in a picturesque setting as you stroll through the vineyards. Here, you’ll receive insights into the winery’s history and processes before savoring a delightful tasting paired with a light lunch or picnic featuring local delicacies like cheese, salami, prosciutto, and freshly baked bread.
Third Winery Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Conclude your tour at a remarkable winery where you’ll enjoy either a wine tasting session or a unique cheese tasting experience at one of the region’s top cheese producers.
Return Journey: back to Venice by 4:30 PM
We will start from Conegliano, we will visit the Castle in the city. From there you will see exacltly where we are and why Prosecco is so good here. I will explain Prosecco and the Area. Not far from here we will visit our first Winery. visit the Cellar and explanation of Vinification and Prosecco Step by Step. Tasting with some typical appetizers called “cicchetti” (bread and typical cheese ad bread with typical salami)
We are going to drive for all the Prosecco Road, from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene. In Valdobbiadene we are going to visit the steepest hill and we are going to have our second tasting with a Special Pic Nic in the Vineyard. The best Local Experience! It is the point where rolling Hills become steep, one of the best Area inside The Prosecco Road. We will take time for explanation and pictures. We will have our third Tasting in the Area
