Free for children with a height of 89cm or below. Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children with a height of 111cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults

Only original and valid tickets will be recognized at the entrances. Entry will be denied if your ticket is damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied, or forged. Theme park operator reserve their right to take action against any person holding tickets that are suspected to be obtained by fraud or illegally

Please scan the QR code on your ticket to enter and/or re-enter the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, and please ensure your biometrics is duly registered. Handstamps for re-entry are only available if your biometrics cannot be registered due to health or other acceptable reasons

Keep your ticket with you at all times. You are required to produce your ticket upon request

Due to safety and security concerns, all of your bags, parcels, clothing and any other items or personal belongings may be subject to screening/security checks at the Entrances and/or any part(s) of the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park (Which may be repeatedly conducted at different area(s))

Strollers are available for rent at Guest Services located at Studio Plaza. The rental rates for a single stroller is priced at RM35 and RM50 for a double stroller. Cashless payment can be made at any ticketing counters at the main entrance

This package is valid for Malaysian Citizen only with a Malaysian Identification Card. Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission. In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) Reservation once you link your admission ticket into Genting SkyWorlds App and scan at the turnstile on your visit date

For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, you must retain your admission ticket for re-entry to the park
