Thien Mu Pagoda: This is the oldest pagoda in Hue City. It’s one of the most atmospheric and picturesque places in the former imperial capital.

Famously being one of Vietnam’s seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Citadel has long been a must-see attraction for tourists visiting a hidden charm of Vietnam. The Imperial City of Hue was actually a walled fortress and palace belonged to the ancient city of Hue which was a capital city of the Nguyen Dynasty for 140 years date back from 1805 until 1945.

The Imperial of the Emperor Tu Duc Tomb is an architectural complex that covers 12 hectares of surface and in its interior, we can find 50 buildings between palaces and pavilions. The Tomb Imperial took to build 3 years and the imperial tomb of Hue best fuses with the nature that surrounds it.

In comparison with those of the preceding emperor, Khai Dinh King’s tomb is much smaller on the surface but it is very elaborate. It is the result of the intermingling of many architectural trends: European and Asian, as well as ancient and modern.

Minh Mang King’s Tomb: Minh Mang is the 2nd King of the Nguyen Dynasty. His tomb is a standard architectural complex consisting of 40 constructions (palaces, temples, pavilions, etc.) designed on a symmetric axis running from Dai Hong gate to the foot of La Thanh (Surrounding Wall) behind the Emperor’s tomb.

An Dinh Palace where the Khai Dinh Emperor lived from a child until becoming the twelfth Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty as a private residence. Between 1917-1919 Nguyen Phuc Vinh Thuy (later Bao Dai Emperor) was renovated in a modern style and became the residence officially.
