you will not only enjoy traditional food and coffee but you will get to experience the food market places of Addis Ababa, baking Injera, (ənǧära እንጀራ [ɨndʒəra],(Oromo): Biddena; is a sourdough-risen flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made out of teff flour. It is the national dish of Ethiopia and Eritrea,) and making coffee the cultural way. We also have a special vegan food tour experience for our vegetarian families.

• Shiro - Shiro is a homogeneous stew whose primary ingredient is powdered chickpeas or broad bean meal. It is often prepared with the addition of minced onions, garlic and, depending upon regional variation, ground ginger or chopped tomatoes and chili-peppers. Shiro is served atop injera.
• Agelgil - a dish that is a combination of a variety of Ethiopian food, served with a traditional server called Agelgil. (it also has a vegan choice).
• Shekla tibs - Cooked Meat served with a special serving pot.
• kitfo - minced meat made the Ethiopian way with spice and other choices
