TIA Kathmandu Airport , Nepal’s busiest airport, can be challenging to navigate. Our Airport Meet and Greet service ensures a smooth, stress-free arrival from the moment you land.
Designed for VIPs, CIPs, seniors, and travelers seeking convenience, this service includes a personalized welcome at the arrivals gate. Your assistant will handle visa formalities, including fee deposit and document submission (self-presentation at immigration required). After immigration, you’ll be guided through Security check (short queue), then baggage collection, and customs. During peak times, if there are long queues, you can relax in the lounge while waiting.
Outside, your assistant will help with luggage handling and ensure a seamless transfer to your hotel.
