Borobudur, or Barabudur is a 9th-century Mahayana Buddhist temple in Magelang Regency, not far from the town of Muntilan, in Central Java, Indonesia. It is the world's largest Buddhist temple. Stop 3

Pawon is a Buddhist temple in Central Java, Indonesia. Located between two other Buddhist temples, Borobudur and Mendut, Pawon is connected with the other two temples, all of which were built during the Sailendra dynasty. Prambanan sits within a large park dotted with lesser temples – a day is needed to do the site justice.
