About this experience

During this walk along winding Venetian canals, "across country" through peaceful idyllic places, we discover together the hidden corners and the history of the Sestiere Dorsoduro.

We walk to the former center of power of the "Fischerdogen", discover the history of the so-called "Faustkampfbrücken" and a house that is known today as "the house of the 7 chimneys".

It is a small group tour in the sense of "slow tourism" to offer an authentic experience and to be able to answer questions from guests.

We walk past this beautiful palazzo, which i.a. was used as a film set in the film "The Lord of Thieves".

This is one of the busiest campi in the city due to its proximity to the university and therefore offers a wide selection of small bars and cafes where the locals meet for a coffee or a glass of wine.

Stop 3 Pass by

This Campo, just a few minutes' walk from Campo San Barnaba, is livened up in the morning by a small vegetable and fish market, while in the evening the Venetian nightlife comes here.

Meeting point

We meet in the small square in front of the Due Ruote bar, opposite the Hotel Olimpia, at Piazzale Roma (bus terminal), about a 10-minute walk from the exit of the cruise terminal.

A pick up directly at the terminal in the port can be organized for private groups on request.
