9 AM - Pick up at your Hotel
You can enjoy the urban scenery along the way to our local host house.
9.30 am - Reach Host House
The lady owner is not a local Malaysian but a pretty China Chinese lady (Local Host Wife)
10 am - Gong Sound Bath
During the whole process, you will experience the feeling of being hit by the
waves, and then enter a state of deep rest, which can quickly relieve stress and relax
your mind & soul.
10.30 am – Satsang
So in this process, we'll sing together with ancient Indian Sanskrit.
11 am - Experience sharing
11.30 am - Experience preparing Hunan Chinese Dishes together with local host.
And now is time to prepare our lunch. You are going to prepare the lunch ingredients
together with the host, and you'll know the essence of Chinese food.
1 pm - Lunch prepared, use lunch together with host

2 pm - Depart to Hotel
